Returns & Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a full refund for a product that has arrived defective or has become defective in the first 30 days from the date or purchase. This will be considered as a DOA unit and you will be issued a RA number to return the product (Return Instructions below).

The ASUS Shop must receive the returned item within 10 days after a RA number has been issued. An assigned RA number is valid for 10 days and will expire on the 11th day after the date of issuance, at which time any returned products will be refused. Items should be returned in as-new condition, in original packaging with the packing slip, all warranty cards, UPC tags, manuals and accessories in the original shipping carton or similar packaging. Failure to return all original merchandise with accompanying accessories and materials will result in the product being returned without credit and at the expense of the customer.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to the warehouse and credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. Please allow 7 to 10 days for a credit to be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to make immediate and adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment after the first failed delivery attempt.


Return Instructions

To return products please follow these simple steps:

  1. Request a Return

    An RA number may be obtained by contacting Customer Support at 1800306351 or by email shop_au@asus.com. Your RA number with complete return instructions will be sent via email within 3 working days.

  2. Pack RMA Request form and Affix Notice Sheet on the package of you return

    Pack RMA Request form inside the package and affix Notice Sheet on the outside of the package to be returned. All products must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging. If your product was shipped in a standard carton, please be sure to return using the same or similar packaging. When using the original carton, please ensure that all previous shipping labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely.

  3. Ship the product back to us

    After receiving your package, warehouse will check the product.

  4. Refund information

    Once the return is verified, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will only be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase.

Change of Mind

The ASUS Shop does not accept a Change of Mind return for any products purchased on Special (part of a promotion/clearance) or at a discounted price and includes both opened and unopened packaging. For all other products, the ASUS Shop does not accept a Change of Mind return if the product has been opened, or used, or is not in the original packaging.

If at the time of cancellation the order has been processed and shipped you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product to ASUS plus a Restocking Fee. Once the product has been received and inspected, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus the restocking fee. This Restocking Fee does not apply if the product has not been shipped.

ASUS reserves the right to refuse any item sold through the ASUS Shop that has been opened or used.

How do I cancel my order?

You can submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is on backorder). Please note that your request may not be able to be approved because your order has already been shipped. Click here to submit a request to cancel your order.

If the order has been processed and/or shipped – you will get an email notification with shipping details. You can also look up your order to view the shipping status of your order.
